Frequently Asked Questions

Questions, answered straight.

Everything owners ask us before joining: what it costs, what is included, how it works, and what we expect of members.

What does founding membership cost?

Founding membership is $497 per year. One payment covers twelve months of membership from your join date, including the AI business assessment, your member directory listing, member-only events, and access to the reciprocity network (referrals, introductions, and member-first purchasing).

What does executive membership cost?

Executive membership is $997 per year. One payment covers twelve months of membership from your join date and includes everything in Founding, plus the funding readiness review, credit repair readiness guidance, the revenue leak assessment, the SEO and digital marketing assessment, the AI-Ready Certification track, and priority introductions.

What is the difference between Founding and Executive?

Founding is the AI business assessment plus the network, directory, and events: you get the AI assessment, your directory listing, member-only events, and reciprocity network access. Executive is the full readiness suite: all five assessments (AI, funding readiness, credit repair readiness guidance, revenue leak, and SEO and digital marketing), plus the AI-Ready Certification track, priority introductions, and a custom SEO-ready website for your business, included.

A simple rule of thumb: pick Founding if your priority is AI and network; pick Executive if you also want funding, credit, revenue, and marketing worked on.

Is the website really included in Executive?

Yes. Executive members receive a custom SEO-ready website for their business as part of membership. It covers professional design, the build, and launch with your branding: mobile-responsive pages, SEO foundations (proper titles, descriptions, and local search setup guidance), and contact and quote-request forms. Domain and hosting guidance is included; you cover your own domain registration and hosting costs if any.

What is the AI Company Builder?

AI Company Builder is a gamified AI training program included with Founding and Executive membership. Instead of lectures, you complete guided missions that teach you AI by having you use it: you build your first AI employee for your business in the AI Employee Lab, where you name it, define its role, and write its instructions, and you can install tested employee blueprints to start from. A Game Master guides you through each step, you earn XP as you level up, and you finish with reusable AI assets built for your company.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. Paid members can refer other business owners to the chamber. When someone you refer becomes a paying member and their first payment clears, you choose your reward: $250 in 7SVN Intelligence credits, or $150 cash via Zelle or PayPal. Your personal referral link, tracking, and reward selection all live inside the member portal.

Is the community really free?

Yes. The chamber community lives in our free Facebook group, and it costs nothing to join or participate. You can join the conversation, learn from the content, and connect with other owners without paying anything, and that will never change.

What exactly is included in founding membership?

Everything in the free community, plus five founding additions: the AI business assessment, a permanent member directory listing, member-only events, access to the reciprocity network (referrals, introductions, and member-first purchasing), and AI Company Builder, the gamified AI training program. The full list is on the membership page.

How are the assessments delivered?

Every assessment follows the same three steps. First, you complete an intake form with details about your business. Second, we review your information and, where relevant, your public presence and documents. Third, you receive a written findings report with prioritized next steps, plus a walkthrough call so you understand exactly what to do with it. Everything is in plain language, and you work through the assessments in the order that matters most for your business.

Who runs the chamber?

The National Minority AI Chamber of Commerce was founded by Jeyson Michaels, a business builder who works directly with minority-owned businesses on AI adoption, funding readiness, and growth. The chamber is run on the same principle it was founded on: honest work for owners doing real work.

How is this different from other business groups?

Most business groups sell access: pay dues, get a directory and a networking lunch. This chamber sells outcomes. Paid members get hands-on assessments of their actual business, written findings, and guidance on what to fix first. The education is practical and built for owners, not executives. And everything here is built specifically for minority-owned businesses, not adapted from a generic template.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. Everything the chamber produces is written in plain language, and every assessment comes with a walkthrough call. If you can run your business, you have everything you need to benefit from the chamber.

What if I just joined, what happens first?

Within one business day of joining, you receive a welcome email with your member intake form. Complete it, then schedule your assessments in the order that matters most for your business: Founding members schedule the AI business assessment, while Executive members schedule the full readiness suite plus the AI-Ready Certification track. Each assessment arrives as a written report with a walkthrough call, your directory listing goes live, and you are introduced to the community. The full sequence is on the membership page.

Can I cancel?

Paid membership is annual. Founding ($497/year) and Executive ($997/year) each run twelve months from your join date and neither auto-renews without your confirmation. If you choose not to renew, you keep your directory listing through the end of your term, and the free community is always there.

Is my business too small?

No. The chamber was built for main street businesses: solo operators, small teams, shops, and service businesses. The assessments apply at any size, because missed calls, revenue leaks, and marketing gaps exist whether you have two employees or twenty.

Do you work with startups or only established businesses?

Both. Startups are welcome in the free community and as founding or executive members. The assessments are richest when there is a real business to assess: customers, revenue, an online presence. If you are pre-revenue, you will still get honest guidance on what to build first and how to get ready for funding, but you should know the full value of the assessments shows up once the business is operating.

Where is the chamber based?

The chamber operates nationally and its community meets online. Workshops and events are virtual, so your location does not matter. If you run a minority-owned business in the United States, you belong here.

How do I get my directory listing?

Join as a founding or executive member and complete your intake form. Your listing publishes with your services, contact information, and story as part of your onboarding, and it stays live for the full twelve months of your membership term.

What are paid members expected to do?

Four things: complete your intake honestly, show up to events and the community, act on what your assessments find, and contribute back by helping other members. Paid membership is a working membership. The chamber works when every member does.

What other member perks are included?

Paid members (Founding and Executive) also get discounted business telecom services via BuildVORA Telecom, and preferred payment processing rates via 7SVN Intelligence. Details are shared after you join; email felix@7svnintelligence.ai anytime to learn more.

Founding is $497 per year. Executive is $997 per year. The community is free.

Pick your lane. Either way, you are in the room where minority owners are leading the AI economy.
