National Minority AI Chamber of Commerce

How it works

Five steps from where your business is today to real momentum: choose your lane, complete your intake, get your assessments, act with support, and grow in a directory that works as hard as you do.

The join-to-value journey

Every member moves through the same five steps. Here is exactly what happens in each one, and what you do.

1

Choose your lane

Every member starts by picking how they want to belong. The community is free forever: the Facebook group, event announcements, the resource library, and a network of fellow minority owners. Founding membership is $497 per year and adds the AI business assessment, a member directory listing, member-only events, and reciprocity network access. Executive membership is $997 per year and adds the full assessment suite, the AI-Ready Certification track, and priority introductions. There is no wrong door. Join the community today and upgrade to founding whenever the timing is right.

2

Join and complete intake

Once you become a founding member, you will receive a business intake form. This is where you lay out what your business does, where it stands, and where you want it to go: revenue, team, systems, marketing, funding goals, and the questions that keep you up at night. Fill it out as completely and honestly as you can. The more the form captures, the sharper your assessments will be.

3

Get your assessments

Your intake feeds your assessments. Founding members complete the AI business assessment; executive members also complete a funding readiness review, credit repair readiness guidance, a revenue leak assessment, and an SEO and digital marketing assessment. Each one is delivered as written findings with a prioritized action list, so you can see exactly where your business stands and what to fix first. Work the list in priority order, not all at once, and bring your questions to the community and to events.

4

Act with support

Findings only matter if you act on them. Move through your action list inside the chamber: ask questions in the community, bring your stuck points to events and workshops, and request introductions to owners who have already solved the problem you are facing. You are not implementing alone. You are moving with owners who are working their own lists right beside you.

5

Grow in the directory and network

Founding members get a public listing in the member directory, and this is where the compounding starts. Your listing goes live, fellow members and the public can find you, and the introductions you make at events turn into referrals, partnerships, and repeat business. Keep your listing current, keep showing up, and let the network do what networks do: multiply every connection.
